Om forbindelsestesten
The connection test examines your own Internet connection — not a domain. We check whether your browser and your network support the modern Internet address IPv6, and whether your DNS resolver validates DNSSEC, so that you are protected from being directed to fake websites.
The test takes about 10 seconds. Some test resources are fetched in the background to measure your connection.
What is tested?
- IPv6 connectivity — whether you can reach websites that only exist on IPv6.
- DNSSEC Validation — whether your resolver rejects spoofed DNS responses.
